You Need THIS CORE of Strategy!

Are you able to forecast the future? 🔮🔮 Nobody can.

Imagine right now:
There are future competition that will rise to compete with you.
There will be complex tasks that you have not learned.
There are goals that you have not imagined before.
There are future situations that are unexpected and uncertain.

All these things are impossible unless you have a strategy. And I am not just talking about corporate. Personally, everyone should need to know about strategy because it applies to everyone.

Have you experienced:
Future competition? A new co-worker joined and he seems to perform better than you.
Future complex task? Your boss moved you to a new role and you don't know much about the department.
Future goals? You just got married and suddenly you are thinking of having a baby.
Future situation? Your company has a sudden restructuring and you need to adapt all over.

You NEED strategy to overcome future challenges! 🔭🔭🔭

I Didn't Have "Strategy" Back Then...

Like to share a story..

15 years ago I was forced to leave my designer job.. and I have been thrust to something impossible.. to start my own design business because no one wanted me at that time..
It was the greatest season of my life..
Flexible time
Freedom to make decisions
No one to report to
I thought I could do it!

but just one thing.. I've failed to plan, and indeed I PLAN to FAIL in my business.. I was good at my craft but I lack STRATEGY

I didn’t have tactics to win the competition.
I fail to overcome complex tasks that I don’t know.
I don’t have the know-how to achieve goals.
I can’t navigate or forecast potential future.
income comes in DRIPS and DRAPS.. there wasn't any strategy and growth to my design consultancy business..
there wasn't any value proposition that my company provided on top of COMPETITORS..
I left this business after 9 months.. and built a new one couple years later..

This personal experience gave me the motivation to create the ultimate strategy plan so that yourself don’t have to walk through the path I went through..

What Does Having this CORE of Strategy Mean to You?

Many people ask me, what’s next after ‘Design Thinking’?

Other than 'Design Thinking', I would like you to remember the next word- 'Strategy'

For many years of understanding Design Thinking, I have infused the mindset and framework to teach and guide others in a 5-Step Strategy Action Plan.

If Design Thinking can 10X your value in the marketplace- then Strategy can double your 10X easily.

Companies are not just looking for complex problem solvers, they are looking for the ultimate strategist and planners to solve future challenges.

So for someone who has strategy means that he will have the understanding and know-how to navigate and overcome future challenges- be constantly asking key questions- and make plans for it.

Someone who has:
1️⃣ Tactics to win the competition
What are your actions in view of competition?
Do you know their strengths and weaknesses?
What are the opportunities and threats?

2️⃣ Plan to overcome complex tasks
Do you know who or where to extract resources and info?
Are you ready to work with experts in this area?
Are you able to collaborate with stakeholders?
Do you know the steps to overcome?

3️⃣ Mission to achieve lofty goals
Are you clear on the vision and the mission?
Are you aligned with everyone else about the future?
Do you know the steps to achieve the goals?

4️⃣ Ability to navigate future situations or scenarios
Are you able to forecast and make plans?
What will you do in the better future?
What will you do in the worse future?
