3️⃣ You will be directed to make payment of $384 nett fees (after 70% WSQ funding). You may use Skillsfuture credits to OFFSET the payment and we will give you further instructions how to via email.
At the same time if you are NTUC Link Member, you get to be reimburse 50% of the out-of-pocket nett fees (total $192) from the FREE training fund of $500 EVERY YEAR!

Cancellation Policy
We understand that the unexpected does happen sometimes. If you need to cancel your course then we will issue a full refund if you request a cancellation more than 4 weeks in advance of the start of your course(s). We provide a 50% refund for cancellations between 4 and 2 weeks before the start date of a course. No refunds when cancelling within 2 weeks of course start date. Instead of a refund we can also register you, at our discretion, for our courses at a later date, in which case no refunds will be given if the rescheduled course is cancelled.
In the unlikely event that we do not attain a minimum class size of 10 participants we will need to cancel the course. If this happens then we will inform participants 5 or more business days in advance of the course and we will issue a full refund to all registered participants or re-book your course to a later date if preferred. Emerge Creatives is not responsible for any travel or other costs incurred as result of a cancellation.

2️⃣Is this AI course funded by SkillsFuture Singapore?
Yes. The AI Business Innovation Management Certification Course by Emerge Creatives is approved by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) under the Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) framework. Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are eligible for 70% course fee funding, reducing the nett payable fee to $384 (usual price: $1,280).
Singapore Citizens aged 25 and above may additionally use their SkillsFuture Credit balance to further offset or fully cover the nett fee. NTUC union members may claim a further 50% reimbursement through UTAP, up to $500 per year.
Companies eligible for the $10,000 SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC) may also claim reimbursement of out-of-pocket fees, with Absentee Payroll support available for sponsored employees.

On Day 2, participants apply the full 5-Step framework hands-on, producing an AI Opportunity Document, an AI User Journey, an AI Storyboard using Generative AI tools, a Prioritisation Map, and an Experiment and Learn Template. Participants also learn how to work with AI developers using a Product Requirements Document (PRD) and how to manage stakeholder alignment for AI integration.
