Steps to Claim Skillsfuture Credits

Use your SkillsFuture Credit for all Emerge Creatives WSQ courses!

All Singaporeans aged 25 and above can use their $500 SkillsFuture Credit from the government to pay for a wide range of approved skills-related courses.

How to Claim SkillsFuture Credit & Sign Up for Our Courses?

Step 1: Enrol with us, then go to MySkillsFuture

Visit the MySkillsFuture course page below to claim your SkillsFuture Credit:

Before you claim, please make sure you have enrolled in one of our courses through our training registration form. If you have not done so, email training@emerge-creatives.com to enrol.

Step 2: Log in with Singpass

Use your Singpass app to log in to the MySkillsFuture portal.

Step 3: Open "Submit a Claim"

You should land on the page shown below. You may need to fill in your personal particulars first. After that, you will see the "Submit a Claim" tab.

Step 4: Find your Emerge Creatives course

Search for “EMERGE CREATIVES” as the training provider and choose the course you have signed up for (e.g. “WSQ Advanced AI Design Thinking”).

Step 5: Select your course run

Select your course run, or key in the course start date. Claims can only be submitted within 60 days before the course starts, so if your course is further away, please submit your claim closer to the date.

Step 6: Enter the claim amount

Key in the amount stated on your invoice in both “Payable by You” and “Amount of Credit to Claim”.

Step 7: Upload your invoice

Upload the invoice (the PDF provided by Emerge Creatives) under “Supporting Documents”.

Step 8: Send us your Claim ID

Take a screenshot of your Claim ID confirmation page and send it to training@emerge-creatives.com for confirmation.

Step 9: Receive your confirmation

We will email you a confirmation letter and confirm your seat in the course.
