Steps to Claim SFEC
Employers: Use Your SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC) for Emerge Creatives WSQ Courses!
Eligible employers have a one-off S$10,000 SFEC that can cover up to 90% of the out-of-pocket course fees for Skills Framework-aligned courses, on top of SkillsFuture Singapore course fee funding.
Important: the current SFEC ends on 30 November 2026, and all final claims must be submitted by that date. Follow the steps below to claim.
How to Claim SFEC for Your Employees' Training?
Step 1: Check that your company is eligible
Log in to the Business Grants Portal with Corppass. If your company qualifies, your S$10,000 SFEC credit will be shown there. Your Corppass admin may need to assign you the right Corppass role first.

Step 2: Sign your employees up with Emerge Creatives
Register your employees for an Emerge Creatives WSQ course as company-sponsored trainees by emailing training@emerge-creatives.com, then pay the nett course fee on your invoice (the fee after SkillsFuture Singapore course fee funding).

Step 3: Your employees complete the course
SFEC can only be claimed for training that has been completed.

Step 4: Log in to SkillsFuture for Business
Go to go.gov.sg/sfec-ssg, log in with Singpass as a Corppass user, and open the "SFEC Training Claims" tab to see your credit balance.

Step 5: Submit your SFEC claim
Enter the course run and trainee details, key in the out-of-pocket course fee you paid (excluding GST), and upload the invoice or receipt from Emerge Creatives as supporting documents. The system works out the claimable amount, up to 90% of your out-of-pocket fee.

Step 6: Emerge Creatives endorses your claim
As your training provider, we review and endorse your claim. Email your claim details to training@emerge-creatives.com so we can endorse it quickly.

Step 7: SkillsFuture Singapore reviews your claim
SkillsFuture Singapore checks and approves the claim. You can follow its status in the SFEC Training Claims tab.

Step 8: Receive your SFEC payout
Approved SFEC is paid to your company every quarter through your IRAS-registered GIRO account or PayNow Corporate. Look for a payment reference starting with "SFEC" or "SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit".

Deadline
Final SFEC claims must be submitted by 30 November 2026.
Coming soon: the redesigned SFEC
From late 2026, a redesigned SFEC will give companies with at least three Singapore Citizen or PR employees a fresh S$10,000 credit. It will offset costs upfront through an online wallet, instead of reimbursing you afterwards. We will update this page once the new claim steps are published.
